Getting help

Young people in Fife can go to a range of places for advice on sexual health and contraception. As well as their own Doctor's surgery, they can go to the Contraceptive And Sexual Health (CASH) service. This used to be called the Family Planning and Well woman service.

Young people in Fife can also receive free chlamydia or emergency contraception from some pharmacies, and advice and condoms from drop-in centres based in local communities. Check out the links to get more information about these centres.
